Premium Features

The 37.5” or 95cm depth is perfect for hosting dinner parties, getting work done, or participating in creative activities with your kids. With the Dees table, you can rest assured that you have enough space for any occasion.

Spacious table top

Dees’ generous, spacious surface inspires dinners with good company or creative work.

Dees’ sculpted details are inspired by the design heritage and craftsmanship of Scandinavia. The table's exposed core wood is rarely seen in furniture design. Innovative use of modern wood-working techniques makes it possible to achieve the crafted result typically reserved for custom-made furniture.

Beautiful design details

The characteristic D-profile of the table exemplifies the beauty of Scandinavian design and craftmanship.

The table top is the most actively used surface in the house. Dees is sturdy thanks to its solid wood apron. No tools are required for assembly and the table can be set up in less than 10 minutes. Simply spin on the legs that fit seamlessly into the traced wood.

Sturdy and easy to assemble

The sculpted, solid apron locks in the table and makes it very sturdy and easy to mount despite its slim profile.

What are the most important characteristics of a dining table for your home?

First of all it should be functional; it should be sturdy, allow for leg room, comfortable use, placement of chairs around it, etc. Visually I wouldn’t want it be too loud or intrusive. Dining tables with dramatic or expressive designs can look very cool on their own, but once you place chairs around them they can look cluttered.

What was the biggest challenge in designing the Dees table?

To make the base of the table, we had to push the use of conventional production tools and techniques. Constructing the organic shapes of the base for flat-packing required a combination of complex pieces and simple profiles.

Tell us what’s behind the name Dees?

The D shape was basically a consequence of letting the flat side of the ‘D’ support the table top and the round part be as visually friendly and comfortable to the touch as possible. It invites you to peek under the table and explore the base.
